Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking number. Ever Brew is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.

Refunds

Order Cancellations

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ever Brew is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you review the situation.
You may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
