This Shipping Policy explains how Ever Brew processes, ships, tracks, and handles delivery-related issues for orders placed through our website.
By placing an order with Ever Brew, you agree to the terms described in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Area
Ever Brew currently ships to customers within the United States.
At this time, we do not guarantee shipping to international addresses. If an order is placed using an address outside the United States, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations may be limited, delayed, or unavailable depending on carrier availability and product restrictions.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, high order volume, inventory updates, payment review, address verification, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is typically:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3 to 8 business days after shipment
Remote or Extended Areas: 5 to 12 business days after shipment
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, order volume, address accuracy, and other factors outside Ever Brew’s control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, available shipping methods, and any applicable promotions are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If free shipping is offered as part of a promotion, the free shipping offer will apply only to eligible orders and eligible shipping destinations.
Shipping fees, when charged, are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipment or the return/refund is due to an error by Ever Brew.
5. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
Please review your order confirmation carefully. Make sure your name, email address, phone number, product details, and shipping address are correct.
If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at support@geteverbrew.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, this does not always mean the order has not shipped. Carrier systems may take time to scan and display tracking movement.
7. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using available U.S. carriers or fulfillment partners depending on destination, product availability, package size, and carrier service coverage.
Ever Brew reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping carrier for each order.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Ever Brew is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Missing apartment, unit, suite, or building number

Incomplete recipient name

Invalid phone number or email address

Use of an address where delivery cannot be completed
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
If the customer chooses not to reship the order, any applicable shipping costs, carrier fees, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@geteverbrew.com.
We can only make changes or cancel an order before it has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the order may be eligible for return according to our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Shipping Delays
Ever Brew works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to:

11. Lost Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please email support@geteverbrew.com with your order number.
We may review the tracking information, contact the carrier when possible, or provide next steps.
A package may require additional carrier investigation time before it can be considered lost.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Ever Brew may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.
12. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

Family members or household members

Any secure delivery location near your address
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery is completed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the package to arrive.
If you still cannot locate the package, email support@geteverbrew.com with your order number.
Ever Brew is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help review the situation.
The customer may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
13. Stolen Packages
Ever Brew is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier and, when appropriate, filing a report with local authorities or your building management.
To reduce the risk of theft, please use a secure shipping address where someone can receive the package.
14. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@geteverbrew.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Photos of the shipping label

Any other clear photos or videos showing the damage
Do not discard the product, packaging, box, shipping label, or accessories until the issue has been reviewed.
If the damage is approved, Ever Brew may offer a replacement, refund, return authorization, or another appropriate solution.
15. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, email support@geteverbrew.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item received, packaging, and shipping label.
If approved, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue.
16. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior approval from Ever Brew, the package may be returned to the sender.
If the package is returned, any shipping charges, carrier fees, return costs, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.
17. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, restricted delivery location, or carrier issue, it may be returned or held by the carrier.
If the package is returned to us, we may contact you with available options.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If the customer does not respond within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled and refunded, minus any applicable shipping or carrier fees.
18. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, package size, or fulfillment process.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Packages from the same order may arrive on different days.
19. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, Ever Brew may contact you with available options, which may include:

Replacing the item with an available option, if applicable

Cancelling the order for a refund
We will not charge you for products that cannot be shipped without providing an appropriate resolution.
20. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If Ever Brew offers pre-order or backorder products, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page, checkout page, or order communication when available.
Pre-order and backorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to supplier, inventory, or fulfillment delays.
If a pre-order or backorder is significantly delayed, we may provide an updated estimated shipping date or offer the option to cancel for a refund before shipment.
21. Delivery Attempts
Some carriers may require delivery attempts, signatures, or pickup from a carrier location.
If a carrier attempts delivery and the package cannot be delivered, it may be held for pickup or returned to the sender.
Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions and collecting packages within the carrier’s required timeframe.
22. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, carrier rules, warehouse limitations, or destination.
If an order cannot be shipped to your address, Ever Brew may cancel the order and issue a refund.
23. No Guaranteed Delivery Date
Delivery dates shown at checkout, in tracking, or in order communications are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise.
Ever Brew does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless the guarantee is expressly provided in writing.
We are not responsible for losses, missed events, inconvenience, or costs caused by carrier delays or estimated delivery changes.

Ever Brew reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
The current version of the policy will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date.
